Business Development Manager – Pharmaceutical Sector
Our client a pharmaceutical company wishes to hire a Business Development Manager based in Italy or Greece.
Job Description & Duties
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy for European countries and implement them.
Support and build up the marketing strategy.
Select regions for immediate sales/distribution. Launch Plan and forecast.
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors: Budget/Time/Risk.
Set up commercial policy and implement it.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
For the identified markets set up the search organization and partnership and carry out sales forecast and analysis.
Targeted Budget in identified clusters.
Identify marketing tools and concepts to support the business development and the go-to entry strategy and plan sales campaigns.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Give back up support from the order confirmation to delivery.
Increase sales of the business.
Support existing portfolio management and delivery supervision and payment terms check.
