Our client, an industry is looking to hire permanently an Inbound sales Officer

 

Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation of offers and fully cycle handling of orders
• In-depth investigation of customers’ requirements
• Daily contact with customers in Greece and abroad
• Cooperation with all relevant departments (production, logistics, finance, etc.)
• Cooperation and coordination with the Key Account Managers of the company to mutually achieve the targets of the commercial department
• Participation in exhibitions

What are we looking for?
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Customer service orientation
• Team Spirit
• Personal drive to further train and develop
• University/College Degree (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ) with excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of a 2nd foreign language is optional but will be appreciated.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM will be appreciated
