Nikos, has more than 29 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
From 2000 until 2011 he was leading the Human Resources of Frigoglass Group, the global leader in the commercial refrigeration industry as well as in the glass bottle manufacturing, with operations in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Russia, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, UK, Norway, USA, India, China, Indonesia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Kenya, S. Africa.
Until 2015 he was the Human Resources Director of Coca-Cola HBC AG, with responsibility for 11 countries in Europe and the global Labor and Industrial Relations of the company.
Nikos has extended studies in Philosophy in European and U.S. Universities and possesses a Master's degree in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
Michael Seraskeris, Partner
Michael, studied Accounting, Business Administration, Health Economics. Human Resources Manager since 1993, Human Resources Director since 2000 and Human Resources Senior Consultant since 2007.
Professor of Health Management for 7 years, international researcher on Health Economics, Medical Professionals' Employment and Human Resources Development, author of 300 scientific publications, a 400 pages long book on Recruitment and Personnel Evaluation.
As project manager of complex Human Resources assignments, delivered results that significantly contributed to the re-engineering of major companies.
Ioannis Seraskeris, Partner
Ioannis studied Mechanical Engineering with major in Energy at the National technical University of Athens (NTUA) and an Mphil in Energy Systems from the Univeristy of Cambridge (UK).
Served as technical team member in a vehicle conversions and tuning company in the UK, while since 2016 participates as a founding member and Responsible for Search & Selection of Engineers, Doctors and Supply Chain Managers for the Greek and the European markets.
Since July 2021 he undertakes the position of the Senior Partner participating in business re-organization projects for businesses of the Engineering, Energy and Supply Chain sectors.
